Data Visualization

This project was completed as part of my BA in Graphic Design and Media Arts, with a concentration in Web Design curriculum. It demonstrates my ability to meet specific project briefs, adhere to deadlines, and apply design theory to simulated or real-world client scenarios.
Tech Crowd: I developed a series of high-impact data visualizations for a technology-focused publication, translating complex datasets into a suite of stylized 3D-effect charts. Rather than using automated 3D modeling, I utilized Adobe Illustrator’s Warp and Transform tools to manually manipulate perspective and create a sense of dimensionality. This project showcases my ability to balance experimental, graphic aesthetics with data integrity, transforming raw statistics into a compelling visual narrative tailored for a modern editorial layout.
Donut Bites: Developed internal data visualizations to communicate sales performance to key stakeholders. This project highlights the iterative design process, evolving from a standard data set into a polished, brand-aligned graphic. I created a 'dimensional donut' aesthetic that maintains the company’s playful visual identity without compromising the clarity of the underlying data. The result is a balance of information hierarchy and brand storytelling, tailored specifically for an internal corporate audience.
